This Week's Battle (Eating) Plan

Besides the magic muffins I posted about previously (which will be my breakfast and lunch, below is my dinner plan for the week.) A lot of salad and veg. Yay. Boo.

Monday: Veg and cheese omelette with a salad

Tuesday: Quiche and salad

Wednesday: Veg and Chicken Pot pie

Thursday: Chicken fajitas with red and yellow peppers and salad

Friday: Veggie wraps (later in the evening the Husband is out with a friend to watch football. Yay! Facemasks and hair removal time!)

I'm hoping to hit the gym at least 5 times this week as well as adding sit ups and push ups in the evening. Hold me.
