Menu Week 1

This Week’s Menu- Week 1

With Tubetop Operation, diet is a big part of it. My Californyan friend told me that sushi, avocados and nothing super processed is the way to go. Below is an what I’ve got planned for the week (including what I made last night, first day of the operation). I’m cutting down on the cheese and looking to eat lighter. OH MY GOD I’M STARVING! I jest, I really am not. And just in case you didn’t know, I am not a doctor or a nutritionist and I am NOT promoting this as a diet. And this is what has worked for me so no haters.

Tuesday: (cause that’s the day I started)

Day: Half a liter of OJ mixed with raspberries, nuts, lots of water, and some coffee

Dinner: Asian veggie wraps (they were ammmaaaazing...)


Wednesday:

Day: Half a liter of OJ mixed with raspberries, nuts, lots of water, and some coffee

Dinner: Not pizza (sob) but Carribbean chicken and rice


Thursday:

Day: Half a liter of OJ mixed with raspberries, nuts, lots of water, and some coffee

Dinner: Morningstar Farm Chik patties with English muffins. Lettuce, guacamole and onion added.


Friday:

Day: Half a liter of OJ mixed with raspberries, nuts, lots of water, and some coffee

Dinner: Steak fajitas


Saturday:

Day: Homemade fruit smoothies and yoghurt

Dinner: Chicken burger with a real bun


Sunday:

Day: Homemade fruit smoothies and yoghurt

Dinner: Kappa Maki (cucumber sushi and lots cause I don’t like no fish)


Monday:

Day: Half a liter of OJ mixed with raspberries, nuts, lots of water, and some coffee

Dinner: I’m going out so I’ll have to see.
