Tuesday:
Day: Salsa and rice crackers
Dinner: Chicken curry

Wednesday
Day: Whole wheat cheese sandwich
Dinner: Chicken caesar salad

Thursday:
Day: Rice crackers and salsa
Dinner: Going out for a fancy dinner!!

Friday:
Day: Fresh juice and peanuts
Dinner: PIZZA!!!

Saturday:
Day: Frozen Joghurt with fresh fruit
Dinner: Chik patties with English muffins

Sunday:
Day: Frozen Joghurt
Dinner: Grilled chicken wrap

Monday:
Day: Fresh juice and a sandwich
Dinner: Not sure since I will be working late!
