Wednesday: Tuesday:
Day: Joghurt and peanuts
Dinner: Chik patty in an English muffin and slice of cheese
Day: Joghurt and peanuts
Dinner: Tapas, some bread, sun dried tomatoes, cheese and stuffed grape leaves
Thursday:
Day: Joghurt and Wheat Thins
Dinner: Chicken paninis
Friday:
Day: Joghurt and Wheat Thins
Dinner: Falafel on an English muffin and hummous
Saturday:
Day: Soup
Dinner: Chic patty in an English muffin and rice crackers with hot salsa
Sunday:
Day: BBQ with friends- burgers and corn on the cob and veggies and dip.
Dinner: see above
Monday:
Day: Joghurt and peanuts
Dinner: Wholegrain pasta casserole with veggies
