Dinner: Falafel in a pita with hummous

Saturday:
Day: Bowl of Cheerios
Dinner:Chick patty in a pita

Sunday:
Day: Yoghurt
Dinner: McDonalds wrap

Monday:
Day: Sandwich and joghurt
Dinner: Chicken panini sandwich and a salad
