This Week's Menu

It was a spectacular weekend organising-wise. I cleaned out our walk in closet and now I have a place to put my make up! Yay! I have spent the past couple of years keeping my make up in a trunk and sitting on the floor painting my face. Now I am like a celebrity, putting on my make up in a dark dark closet. Win.

In other news, I ate pretty well this weekend and I am feeling really good. Here is my eating plan for this upcoming week. Yay! Food!

Monday
Breakfast: coffee with skim milk
Snack: Swedish cracker bread stuff with laughing cow cheese
Lunch: Soup
Snack: Swedish cracker bread stuff with laughing cow cheese
Dinner: Bagel with fresh mozz and pesto

Tuesday
Breakfast: coffee with skim milk
Snack: Swedish cracker bread stuff with laughing cow cheese
Lunch: Soup
Snack: Swedish cracker bread stuff with laughing cow cheese
Dinner: Quinoa burger on a bagel

Wednesday
Breakfast: coffee with skim milk
Snack: Swedish cracker bread stuff with laughing cow cheese
Lunch: Soup
Snack: Swedish cracker bread stuff with laughing cow cheese
Dinner: Out for the evening
Thursday
Breakfast: coffee with skim milk
Snack: Swedish cracker bread stuff with laughing cow cheese
Lunch: Soup
Snack: Swedish cracker bread stuff with laughing cow cheese
Dinner: Morning Star sausage patties (vegetarian) with roesti

Friday
Breakfast: coffee with skim milk

Lunch: Soup

Dinner: Veggie and quinoa mac and cheese

Saturday
Breakfast: Chai latte with skim milk
Snack: Light Baby Bel
Lunch: Sandwhich
Snack: Light Baby Bel
Dinner: Staying at a hotel that night but most likely will go out for Greek food!
Sunday
Breakfast: Chai latte with skim milk
Snack: Light Baby Bel
Lunch: Soup and a hollowed out bagel
Snack: Light Baby Bel
Dinner: McDonalds grilled chicken wrap
