This Week's Eating Plan

What a weekend! But I will tell y'all about it in the next couple of days. But for now, time to write out my eating plan for this week!

Monday
Breakfast: coffee with skim milk
Snack: Swedish cracker bread stuff with laughing cow cheese
Lunch: Soup
Snack: Swedish cracker bread stuff with laughing cow cheese
Dinner: Baked chicken fajita- filled with red peppers, avocado, salsa, fat free joghurt, salsa, light cheese

Tuesday
Breakfast: coffee with skim milk
Snack: low fat joghurt
Lunch: Soup
Snack: Swedish cracker bread stuff with laughing cow cheese
Dinner: Falafel lettuce wrap with hummous

Wednesday
Breakfast: coffee with skim milk
Snack: low fat joghurt
Lunch: Soup
Snack: Swedish cracker bread stuff with laughing cow cheese
Dinner: Chik patties with a salad (and some cake, tis the Husband's bday!!)
Thursday
Breakfast: coffee with skim milk
Snack: low fat joghurt
Lunch: Soup
Snack: Swedish cracker bread stuff with laughing cow cheese
Dinner: maybe out for the evening
Friday
Breakfast: coffee with skim milk
Snack: Swedish cracker bread stuff with laughing cow cheese
Lunch: Soup
Snack: Swedish cracker bread stuff with laughing cow cheese
Dinner: Chicken curry with rice

Saturday
Breakfast: Chai latte with skim milk
Snack: Fruit salad
Lunch:
Snack:
Dinner: Having a late lunch at a friend's so that will cover all three meals :)
Sunday
Breakfast: Chai latte with skim milk
Snack: Fruit salad
Lunch: Soup and a hollowed out bagel
Snack: St. Patty's cupcake
Dinner: McDonalds grilled chicken wrap
