New Menu
Since coming back from holidays and starting work, I feel like my eating has been a little off track and a lot starchy carby etc. As much as I am not trying to "diet", I think I need to cut down on so many refined carbs. So this week, my menu may seem a little low carbish. But never fear, it is just for a couple of weeks to kill the water weight.
Wednesday:
Day: Nuts and cheese
Dinner: Lettuce leaf wraps with sliced and marinated steak
Thursday:
Day: Nuts and cheese
Dinner: Salad and soup
Friday:
Day: Nuts and cheese
Dinner: Burgers sans bun on the bbq
Saturday:
Day: Coffee cream
Dinner: Low carb lasagna (recipe coming soon)
Sunday:
BBQ!
Monday:

Dinner: Scrambled eggs
Tuesday:
Day: Chicken Marsala
Dinner: Taco salad
Wednesday:
