This Week's Eating Plan

A miracle happened while being on antibiotics. For a couple of days I lost any urge to eat (who am I kidding, I ate, but not as much as usual). I took this as a sign that it was time to reassess my eating and to stop wearing my stretchy pants with blazers. And so, while I was on Twitter, stalking my favourite celebs, I looked at who was following me. Lo and behold there was a woman named Alicia Hunter on my list and I clicked on her profile. In it it said that she had written a book called The Accidental Diet: From Fugly to Fox. I Twittered her asking if her book was available on Kindle and within an hour she had responded it was! And I read it! And it is great. I won't go into detail yet, saving that for tomorrow. But here is my week's eating plan.
